Who I work with
Wondering if we’ll work well together? Here are the folks I work with the most.
LGBTQIA+ folks
I feel particularly capable of supporting queer folks who are struggling with depression and anxiety, intimacy issues and relationship struggles, gender transition and exploration, grief and loss, trauma and attachment wounding, and existential and spiritual malaise.
My queer clients are artists, doctors, successful executives and teachers. No two are alike.
We're here! We're queer! And sad...
Autistic and neurodivergent individuals, families, and couples
I can help improve communication between mixed neurotype couples, help your family understand your autistic teen better, or help you process a late autism diagnosis.
I view autism as neither a "superpower" nor as a disease. It is a disability that many autistic people feel is a core part of their identity, similar to how deafness is celebrated in the deaf community. However, like all disabilities, it presents real social challenges and other barriers to thriving.
I bring years of personal and professional experience working with autistic children and adults.
Polyamorous and non-monogamous folks
Having an open relationship or multiple relationships can be a challenging yet joyful experience. Balancing the needs of multiple people (including ourselves) can bring up old wounds and pain points about boundaries, attachment, abandonment, desire, and self-assertion. I love working with polyamorous individuals and couples and doing the deep attachment work necessary to sustain multiple partnerships.
Therapists, first responders and teachers
They say doctors make the worst patients, but I disagree! I particularly love working with therapists. We're all so sensitive, insightful, complex, and curious about our own minds.
I also have extensive experience working with first responders and teachers. People in these professions usually care deeply about the world around them. On the other hand, the weight of encountering so much trauma and suffering can be overwhelming at times. I'm here to help carry some of the burden with you.
Don’t see yourself here?
If you like my vibe, I’ll probably like you. Reach out to see if we’re a good fit!
